The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country-made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. one country-made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
