The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32946 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 1498 of 2021 on 22.02.2021 and 28.10.2021 respectively. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.3208 of 2021(4) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
