JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 22 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the co-accused Lalo Chodhary. So far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be sonin-law of the aforesaid co-accused Lalo Choudhary. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner being son-in-law of the aforesaid co-accused Lalo Choudhary had come to his house but, unfortunately, he was caught by the police when raid was conducted. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 13.05.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
