The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 135C2 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable in view of the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
