The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P. S. Case No. 73 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that ransom call was made on the mobile phone of informant by telephone no. 6207798234. The name of this petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Ankit Kumar. It is further alleged that mobile no. 6207798234 has been recovered from possession of petitioner.

In fact, informant is a Medical practitioner and prior to lodging of this case informant has treated the brother of accused Ankit Kumar and due to seriousness he was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36579 of 2019(3) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 admitted in private clinic of Biharhsarif and due to which some altercation had been taken place between the informant and said Ankit Kumar. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P. S. Case No. 73 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
