We could have initiated contempt of Court proceedings, however, having regard to the alleged allegation relating to Rs. 24 crores and odd, therefore, we proceed to drop the proceedings. Accordingly, present MJC No. 1658 of 2023 /contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to assail the impugned action of the respondents, in accordance with law.
