This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 323,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. Earlier, the petitioner's application for grant of regular bail was rejected by an order dated 23.05.2016 in Cr. Misc. no. 22950 of 2016.

I do not find any justifiable reason to entertain this application for regular bail, filed nearly three months after rejection of bail application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32636 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 This application is accordingly, dismissed.
