The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar PS case no. 232 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 384 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons assaulting the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that through there is allegation of assault but the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature. It is further submitted that similar situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar PS case no. 232 of 2016.
