JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file a Criminal Appeal under the provisions of Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. He further prays that the delay in filing the said Criminal Appeal may be condoned, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy of bail before this Hon'ble Court. 2.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file Criminal Appeal under the provisions of Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. The delay, if any, in filing the said appeal shall stand condoned, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39624 of 2025(2) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 the present proceedings.
