Nepali Saufi country made liquor, were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Palanwa P.S.Case No.22 of 2016.
