Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are named in the first information report but informant claims in his statement that it was co-accused Ram Bilash Yadav, who shot fire on the deceased and having similar allegation, co-accused Anil Yadav and Shrawan Kumar Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
