JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 8 of 2021 registered under Sections 498A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier petitioner has filed a matrimonial suit against the opposite party no. 2 (Informant), as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Case No. 8 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
