The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under different sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8033 of 2014. It is submitted that there is no material against the petitioner in the entire case diary. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Krishna Yadav was granted bail vide order dated 26.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9392 of 2014. It appears that Krishna Yadav was granted anticipatory bail on 26.02.2014 whereas the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 28.04.2014, i.e. after about two months from the date of the order passed in the case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16734 of 2015 (3) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 Krishna Yadav.

I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in Chandi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
