The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018. registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is stated that the petitioner obtained appointment in Anganbari Sevika on the basis of forged certificates.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady. She has been ousted from her service from the post of Anganbari Sevika. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.04.2019. The application for bail is opposed by the learned APP

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38069 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 for the State.

Having heard the parties and considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018.
