2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 411 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 132, 109, 324(4), 121(1), 121(2), 303(2) and 317(2) of the B.N.S. and section 11, 41 and 56(2) of the Bihar Mineral (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules 2021 as also section 4(1) and 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, lodged on 04.10.2024 by the informant Hariom Ojha.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
