2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 30.420 litres of illicit Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from a car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41041 of 2025(2) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 petition.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the car from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
