The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376(D), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing gang rape with the victim. He is in custody since 29.06.2024. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41314 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
