Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but paragraph-47 of the case diary goes to show that ballistic expert opined that the pistol was not found in a working condition and similarly, the cartridges were misfired.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
