Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned senior counsel for the respondents submits that the suspension of the petitioner, which is impugned in this writ application, was revoked by the Deputy General Manager (HR/Admn.) and again on the same day vide office order no. 1068 dated 19.09.2022. Petitioner was placed under suspension as he was arrested in Shahpur P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10413 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 189/2017 and Shahpur P.S. Case No. 312/2017 for an offence under the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is stated that in such circumstance, the present writ application has become infructuous.

This Court finds substance in the submission of learned senior counsel for the respondents.
