The instant modification application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 29.5.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7704 of 2020 wherein while granting bail to the petitioner, name of father of the petitioner in the cause title of the order at page-1 was wrongly typed as 'Ajay Singh' instead of the correct 'Arbind Singh'. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the error in the name of the father of the petitioner was inadvertent. He further submits that he has brought on record a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner in support of his contention that the name of the father of the petitioner is Arbind Singh.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34752 of 2020(2) dt.23-12-2020 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through the records, the order dated 29.5.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7704 of 2020 is modified to the extent that on top of page-1 of the said order, name of father of the petitioner shall be read as 'Arbind Singh' instead of 'Ajay Singh'. Remaining part of the order dated 29.5.2020 shall remain unchanged.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
