This is a case registered under Sections 341,323,308,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 449 of 2017 pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Gaya.

It is submitted that due o trivial issue the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as there was no intention of causing any life threatening injury on the victim. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.02.2018.

This Court finds that the injury report suggests that the injury inflicted upon 50 years old lady (victim) have found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17126 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 dangerous to life. This Court, for the present, is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

The prayer is therefore, rejected.
