Cr. Rev. No. 457/2024 This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by Ld. Family Court, Principal Judge, Kishanganj in Maintenance Case No. 10 of 2023, whereby, the family court allowed the application of O.P. No. 2 - wife for grant of interim

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.457 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 maintenance and directed the petitioner to pay a monthly maintenance amount of Rs. 5,000/- as interim maintenance to O.P. No. 2.

2. All ground which has been raised by the petitioner in this petition are the subject matters of evidence which will be produced before the family court at the time of trial. Undisputedly, the petitioner is husband of the O.P. No. 2 and is capable to earn and is also doing some work. Therefore, the amount of maintenance i.e. Rs. 5,000/- appears to be just and proper.

3. I do not found any merit in the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
