JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 30.09.2011, passed in Appeal Nos. 181/2011 and 181A/2011 (which appears to be wrongly mentioned as 181A/2001 in the order sheet) passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6322 of 2012 (3) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
