The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 353/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others had gathered together to commit a crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2023 and similarly situated co-accused Golu @ Faizan @ Farzan Nasir has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37604 of 2023 vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40216 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 dated 22.06.2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 22.06.2023, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023. The petitioner will visit Moro Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
