The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Rajiv Kumar Mukhiya, son of Shiv Kumar Mukhiya with the help of petitioners kidnapped his daughter.

It is submitted that the victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and disclosed the name of only Rajiv Kumar Mukhiya who took her to Nepal and solemnized marriage and the victim has not named the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.24056 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri D. K. Tiwary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jhanjharpur in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 (G. R.
