The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 379, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Other co-accused had gone to open a bank account in the bank or for withdrawal money from the account thereat. He disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
