JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons took away father of the informant towards Gorakhpur whose dead body was later on recovered from Narayanpur Bahiyar. Informant has suspected that the petitioner and his companions might have killed his father. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eye witness of the occurrence.
