The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.88 of 2016 registered under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He was simply a mechanic in the garage of Ram Pravesh Sharma. The entire allegation is against the owner of the garage. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35136 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Md. Salman, who is in custody since 30th April, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.88 of 2016.
