JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 Petitioner will deposit a cost of Rs.10, 000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee in view of a clear and categorical order passed on 22.01.2016, keeping in mind the outcome of the measurement of the height of the petitioner a third time over, where also the height of the petitioner is only 154.6 which is less than 155 cm required for her category.

Submission of the counsel for the petitioner that an independent agency should re-measure the height of the petitioner is not an acceptable position either in fact or law. If the said amount is not deposited by the petitioner within
