The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S.Case No.150 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Bhagalpur registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the informant alleges that there is direct allegation of kidnapping the maternal-granddaughter of the informant by the petitioner. In view of the specific allegation against this petitioner for kidnapping the maternal-grand-daughter of the informant and also the statement of the victim recorded under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36515 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which reveals that there is direct allegation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
