Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be cousin father-in-law of the deceased and he is named in the first information report with allegation of torturing along with other accused. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the deceased and, as a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide due to family feud. Post mortem report of deceased corroborates the factum of death. Moreover, charge sheet has already been submitted.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
