2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 15.3.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2021. Till date four prosecution witnesses have been examined and two more prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future. Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed bail by this Court vide paragraph 17 of the bail petition.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45652 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 and the progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge X, Nawada in Sessions Trial No. 276 of 2021.
