JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act. Mini gun factory is said to have been unearthed from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 07.06.2015. No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but it appears that up till now, trial of the petitioner could not be concluded. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31531 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015.
