JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC No. 9 as well as Sri Sarvadeo Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 / Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on the plea of disobedience to an order dated 15.12.2014 passed in CWJC No. 19925 of 2014. By the said order the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation regarding his claim before the Registrar of the University and in the event of filing of such representation, the Registrar of the University was directed to examine the

Patna High Court MJC No.1338 of 2015 (4) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 representation and redress the grievances by way of payment of undisputed claim amount of the petitioner within a specified time. It was further directed that even in case of refusal, the Registrar was required to pass a speaking order.

After the order of the writ court the petitioner vide Annexure - "3" to the present petition filed representation raising his claim particularly it was pleaded that instead of pension fixed on the pay of Rs. 4000/- - 6000/-, it was incorrectly fixed as Rs. 3050/- - 4590/-.

In this case show cause has been filed on behalf of the University and specific stand has been taken that the earlier error has been removed and pay has been fixed in the scale which was claimed by the petitioner. Even arrear has also been paid. In view of the facts disclosed in the show cause, the court is satisfied that the order of the writ court has already been complied.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
