In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.17 of 2016, arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No.110 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49194 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 04.11.2015 rejected the bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing ten months' judicial custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. Case No.110 of 2015.
