It is alleged that firing was going on between groups of two criminals and in that firing some criminals sustained injury. The police having got aforesaid information reached at the place of occurrence and apprehended three persons. The apprehended persons and others disclosed that petitioner had also participated in the aforesaid crime and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. No doubt petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case, he is in jail custody since 20.01.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27506 of 2016 (4) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.52 of 2000.
