The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Sherghaty.

The accusation is that petitioner being uncle of the informant caused injury at the head and hand of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence took place due to dispute of drainage. The injury no. 1 as found on the person of the informant is simple in nature whereas injury no.2 as found on the left elbow of the informant is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow prayer of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
