The petitioners are languishing in custody since 06.03.2018 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons including the petitioners killed the victim due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22122 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case due to petty family dispute. The petitioners are brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and father-in-law of the deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R/ complaint case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3317 of 2010 (Tr. No. 57 of 2018).
