Petitioners seek regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 376D of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners and their accomplice, total three in number, committed gang rape on the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Doctor has not found sign of commission of rape. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. They

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement has alleged that the petitioners committed rape on her.
