The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 421 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The report of the S.P., Patna (Town) sent in pursuance of earlier direction, has been received. In the said report it is stated that Kumar Sales Agency had in fact delivered the tractor to the petitioner and a photograph of the petitioner sitting in the tractor has been received. Petitioner's possession of the tractor has also been noticed by the said S.P., Patna.
Considering the facts that other similarly situated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47814 of 2014 (4) dt.03-08-2015 persons had been directed to surrender in the court below for seeking regular bail, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and the learned court below shall consider it and grant regular bail on the date of surrender without being prejudiced by this Order.
