The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant due to which he sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature as opined by the doctor which shows vide Annexure-4 to the present petition. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 420 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
