Looking at the nature of the relief, the issuance of the original certificate at the level of the respondents, especially the National Council for Vocational Training through the Director is only a formality, especially when the provisional certificate has already been issued.
On such a recommendation being made by the institution
Patna High Court CWJC No.8610 of 2015 dt.19-01-2016 2/2 in question as well as forwarded by the Controller of Examination, Employment and Training, Government of Bihar, the original certificate will be issued by Respondent No. 8 within a period of four weeks thereof.
Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
