The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 21.04.2016 in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basis accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded. Considering the nature of

No.31869 of 2016 (2) dt.01-08-2016 accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 745 of 2012.
