Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Niranjan Yadav was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioners in the present crime. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Pankaj Yadav and Bajrangi Mandal have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
