The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 369 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Suhail Ansari, except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. Further submitted that while petitioner is accused in three other cases, but in all three cases, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 22.08.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9323 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 369 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
