The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 427, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of SC/ST Act Accusation is of making assault to the informant after breaking wall of the house and dragging him from the house and by calling his caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier two cases of similar nature have been lodged by the informant with the same allegation and thereafter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.204 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 this case has been lodged.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with the aforesaid noted case pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
