The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs. 50,000/- from the informant for installing the Vodafone tower, but no tower was installed and on demand the petitioner and others are alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant.
It is submitted that the informant wanted to get the Vodafone tower installed in his land, but the same has not been done, therefore, the informant filed the case making false allegations.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23518 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 informant did not produce any chit of papers regarding installation of Vodafone tower, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
