ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 17.02.2017 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 85/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thought the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, later on, in the confessional statement made before the police by one Mukesh Kumar, the name of the petitioner has surfaced. It is further submitted that the said Mukesh Kumar has since been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55223 of 2017 vide order dated 08.02.2018.

Considering the aforementioned fact and

No.18549 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 circumstances and the this petitioner has already been in custody over one year and is having a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge, II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 85/2017.
