Taking into consideration that one country made Katta and one bomb were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No. 34 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui stands rejected.
