JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to make payment of the arrears of honorarium to the petitioner for the period between July, 2005 to May, 2006 as the petitioner was serving as a Panchayat Shiksha Mitra in Ashahri Panchayat, District Nalanda. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Nalanda within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

It has further been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8376 of 2012(3) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 that the petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 30.04.2012.

The petitioner will be at liberty to make a separate application before the District Appellate Authority, Nalanda during the pendency of the application within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the application and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
